This role involves evaluating vendor offerings, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies . Additionally, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize software investments and support strategic business objectives. Key responsibilities: Build and maintain relationships with top partners to ensure clear communication on quotations, customer queries, and services Create customer quotations in CRM, ERP, and MS Excel across multiple price books, part codes, and currencies Contact suppliers or publishers to obtain quotes for existing licenses and term-based contracts (e.g., subscriptions, maintenance plans) Offer a high level of customer service in response to inbound queries from partners and sales Manage the billing process for all products, including the creation and renewal of agreements Minimum Qualifications: 2+ years in a procurement-related role, preferably in the software industry Background in customer service, software, procurement, or operations Familiarity with software licensing , especially with vendors like Microsoft, Adobe, VMware, Veeam, or Oracle, is an advantage Experience with AWS marketplaces is a plus About You: You are customer-focused, with a strong interest in service and support, particularly in the software industry You are proactive, continuously seeking to improve processes and prioritize tasks under pressure.
