As we continue to expand, we are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Project Manager - Solar to join our team and play a critical role in managing and delivering complex solar projects. About The Role We are seeking a hands-on Electrical Project Manager with 5+ years of experience in solar installations across residential, commercial, and off-grid battery systems. In this role, you will oversee multiple installation teams, ensuring that all project timelines are met efficiently and effectively. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of quality control, ensuring that each installation meets the required specifications and safety guidelines. Your leadership will drive technical excellence, promoting collaboration among teams to solve complex challenges and implement best practices. You will ensure that all resources are allocated appropriately, monitor progress against project milestones, and communicate regularly with stakeholders to ensure alignment and success throughout the project lifecycle. Additionally, you will play a key role in onboarding, training, and developing electricians and apprentices, ensuring that teams are highly skilled and capable of delivering top-tier solar and battery installations. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee complex solar installation projects, ensuring smooth delivery from start to finish. Lead, support, and build high-performing installation teams (electricians, apprentices, and trade assistants). Provide technical support and guidance to installation teams. Manage project timelines, budgets, and compliance requirements. Ensure all projects meet industry regulations and safety standards. Oversee the completion of your projects and those of your team. Work closely with stakeholders to plan, schedule, and execute projects efficiently. Deliver training and development programs for electricians and apprentices. Attend weekly operational meetings and contribute to company growth strategies. What We're Looking For Licensed electrician with at least 5 years of experience in solar installations (residential, commercial, off-grid and battery systems). Strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering solar projects on time and within budget. CEC Accreditation (required) Ability to lead, mentor, and grow teams, including training apprentices and electricians. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong knowledge of Australian Solar Standards (AS), solar regulations, battery storage, and grid compliance. A proactive and results-driven approach to project management. Experience working with Energex and other Australian network providers is highly regarded. What's In It For You?
