YOUR NEW EMPLOYER Our client is a leading ‘brand name’ multi-disciplinary law firm (including personal injury, commercial, property, litigation, family, estates, and criminal law) with an enviable 50+ years of success and an admired generous corporate citizen .With a culture that embraces diversity, excellence, strong relationships, professional growth, and helping others, it is the ‘employer of choice’ for over 100+ top professionals.YOUR NEW ROLE In a key pivotal role, reporting to the CEO, as the only lawyer in the CLIENT SERVICES team (4), you will love the stimulating variety, people interaction (phone and in person), and fulfilment : Responding to new client enquiries relating to any area of law (e.g., personal injury, commercial, property, estates, family, criminal); Assessing the viability of the enquiries, providing initial legal advice, obtaining instructions, and determining next steps (including execution of costs agreement and referral to the relevant solicitor who will handle their case); Leading and developing a team of customer care and client services representatives; Contributing to continuous improvement in practice processes and outcomes; Conducting customer care and client services presentations and workshops; Checking in with new/existing clients to ensure high client satisfaction. You will undertake your role both at the office and occasionally at the firm’s various legal centres spread throughout Sydney.WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?
