Reporting to the Head of Architecture, this position will play a pivotal role in ensuring that we have a streamlined technology strategy. You will provide technical guidance by working with the Architecture team to enhance Architecture capability across the bank. How You Will Spend Your Time Define and set overarching technical direction Ensure alignment with the target architecture and defined transition states Ensure the appropriate level of documentation for the domain is maintained Work with engineering leads, technical product owners & partners on solution design Engage with key partners to understand their architectural roadmap, integration patterns and capability Document reusable design patterns Define non-functional requirements and ensure these are satisfied Ensure that we meet our regulatory and security requirements What You Will Bring 4+ years of experience as a Solution Architect with experience in Banking Capable of delivering an Omnichannel Technology Strategy Strong experience in Assisted Channels and Operations Tech covering: Contact centre software (Genesys Cloud or equivalent) Chat (Intercom or equivalent) CRM (MS Dynamics or equivalent) Work Force Management software Integration Layers (APIs etc) Expert level knowledge of Complex Workflow, Orchestration, Choreography and Automation Experience working as a trusted business advisor and a technical guide Deep technical experience in Software Engineering and programming with a good understanding of overall technology landscape plus a working knowledge with data Experience working in a security-first and APRA regulated environment Experience working in an Agile environment delivering solutions in cloud Why ubank?
