The opportunity to join our team As a Solution Designer - Marketing Technology, you will play a key role in bridging technology and business needs. Using your expertise to deliver strategic, high-quality technology solutions across marketing, data, integration, and digital domains. This role requires a proactive mindset, with a strong focus on taking ownership and accountability throughout the entire solution lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Design & Implement: Develop technology-based solutions that align with Insignia’s architectural principles and meet business needs. Strategic Leadership: Provide technical direction and leadership, guiding teams through the technology lifecycle with a focus on marketing and digital transformation. Optimisation & Performance: Conduct service optimisation, scalability modelling, and design reviews to ensure robust, scalable, and high-performing solutions. Governance & Standards: Prepare submissions for the Enterprise Architecture Committee and ensure alignment with architectural standards. Agile Collaboration: Lead Agile ceremonies and work closely with software engineers to maintain development best practices and technical standards. What You Bring to This Role: Strong experience in software development and solution design, with a specialisation in marketing, data, integration, and digital technologies. Proficient in delivering solutions across multiple platforms, leveraging object-oriented concepts and Agile methodologies. A strategic thinker who not only designs but also takes responsibility for the implementation and ongoing evolution of solutions. Ability to engage with stakeholders, build business cases, and influence outcomes through excellent negotiation and communication skills. Experience in marketing technology or a related field is preferred, along with a deep understanding of technology-driven business solutions.
