We're seeking an experienced Solution Sales to drive business growth and develop strategic solutions for our clients in Australia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Job Description: Develop and execute sales strategies: Identify business opportunities, develop targeted sales plans, and execute strategies to achieve sales targets. Build and maintain relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders to drive business growth and identify new opportunities. Solution development and delivery: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver tailored solutions that meet clients' needs and drive business outcomes. Market intelligence and competitor analysis: Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform sales strategies and identify new opportunities. Requirements: Experience: 10+ years of sales experience, preferably in a solution-focused role. Industry knowledge: Strong understanding of the Australian market and industry trends. Communication and interpersonal skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving and analytical skills: Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop creative solutions. Collaboration and teamwork: Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Domain Understanding: Very good understanding of Quality Engineering Space. Technical skills: Familiarity with SDLC processes, practices and tools. Business acumen: Strong understanding of business principles. Certifications or training: Relevant sales certifications or training in QE/Sales (methodology or solution selling)/Agile.
