About the Role We are seeking a Source to Pay (S2P) Data Lead to support a major enterprise transformation program for a leading global organisation. This role is critical in driving data strategy, governance, and migration for the Source to Pay process, ensuring data integrity and alignment with business objectives. As the S2P Data Lead, you will work closely with procurement, finance, and technology teams to manage data quality, oversee data migration activities, and optimise data structures within the ERP ecosystem. You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and compliance of procurement-related data. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in data migration and integration, specifically in procure-to-pay data objects Experience with SAP ECC, SRM, S4 HANA, and Ariba data models and data structures Strong experience in data mapping, transformation, and loading (ETL) tools and technologies Experience with data governance and data quality principles and practices Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work with complex data sets Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work with business stakeholders and technical teams Desirable: Experience with Maximo integration and data migration Industry experience in Refineries or similar industries Certification in SAP data migration tools and technologies, such as SAP Data Services or SAP Information Steward Experience with cloud-based data integration platforms and tools Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools, such as Tableau or Power BI Paxus values diversity and welcomes applications from Indigenous Australians, people from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds, and people living with a disability.
