The Opportunity This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to be part of an organisation dedicated to nation-building renewable energy projects that will provide on-demand energy and large-scale storage for many generations to come. In this role, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop procurement and sourcing strategies. You will manage a number of programs from tendering to contract award and ongoing relationship management. Experience with ibuy is highly desirable, as the role involves managing tenders, contract amendments, and correspondence within the system. Acting as the bridge between the business and its contractors, you will play a key role in maintaining effective partnerships. The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and resilient, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to build and maintain strong business relationships. About you Tertiary qualifications in Procurement, Supply Chain Management or similar discipline. CIPS Accreditation considered an advantage. Extensive experience in leading procurement category strategies and supplier relationship management activities in Operations categories, preferably in project procurement for capital intensive industries, involving international sourcing. Strong influencing and negotiation skills and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Knowledge and experience with contemporary procurement and contract management systems, preferably SAP, ELLIPSE, COUPA, ARIBA. Excellent interpersonal skills, both oral and written, to enable interaction with staff at all levels.
