Sous Chef Role: Support the Head Chef in leading a passionate kitchen team. Take charge of daily kitchen operations, including running services and managing key sections. Assist with menu development, stock control, and maintaining food safety standards. Ensure quality and consistency in every dish served. Be a key part of team training and development, fostering a collaborative and high-performing kitchen culture. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a fast-paced pub or bistro environment. Strong leadership skills and the ability to step up when the Head Chef is absent. Exceptional skills across all sections, particularly grill, pans, and plating. A calm, organised approach and the ability to thrive under pressure. A passion for creating delicious pub classics with a modern twist. Chef de Partie Role: Be responsible for your designated section, ensuring high-quality and timely output. Work across multiple sections, including grill, pans, and larder, with precision and efficiency. Maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during busy periods. What We’re Looking For: Experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up. Excellent skills across key sections with a strong focus on attention to detail. A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in a supportive team environment.
