You will Coordinate all the activities of a Luxury space of 25 to 60 suites. Manage a team of 20 to 60 people. Represent the Luxury range and the Club Med spirit to clients (G.M., Gentil Membres) and teams. Apply Club Med's strategy within the Exclusive Collection Area. Be a source of proposals to increase the range of hotel and leisure services offered by the Exclusive Collection. Manage the economic results of its entity. Ensure the implementation, monitoring and control of standards and local legislation. Ensure top-of-the-line service and customer relations, ensuring ongoing resident satisfaction. Unite and motivate your teams around defined objectives and support them in their development. Ensure the equipment, material and infrastructure of the Resort.
