The Role We have an exciting opportunity and are seeking a motivated and experienced Spare Parts Interpreter to join our team in Salisbury, QLD. Reporting to the Spare Parts Manager, the prime objective will be to assist the parts department with their spare parts needs and delivering exceptional service by ensuring parts are delivered on time. Tasks & Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers Quotations with accurate cost Interpret suitability of parts as required according to the customers needs Discuss use, options, features and benefits of various Krueger parts, products, services and solutions Receive and complete telephone orders for parts, as well as customer sales Develop and maintain relationships with service department employees Investigate and solve parts department problems Estimate date of delivery to customer, based on knowledge of production and delivery schedules Work with internal customers to manage account activities Attend to the delivery requirements of the site Assist with store work, stock replenishment, and ensuring the store is organised. About You Must hold a Manual Driver's Licence Previous experience in spare parts interpretation or a similar role Excellent communication and customer service skills A valid driver's license with a clean driving record A forklift license is desired High attention to detail and strong organizational skills We offer a Full Time position with training and development opportunities, referral payment opportunities up to $3,000 for selected roles, and a free, confidential, voluntary and professional Employee Assistance Program.
