What’s On Offer: Full Autonomy: Enjoy the freedom to manage your cases independently without micromanagement, empowering you to make decisions, build client trust, and work efficiently. Flexibility: While the Sydney team primarily works remotely, they provide access to a serviced office in the city. Candidates should be based in Sydney, to attend court as required. Career Progression: Support for specialist accreditation and there are Partnership opportunities for the right candidate. Competitive Remuneration: Salary ranging from $165,000 to $205,000, including superannuation, commensurate with experience. The Role: Manage Cases Independently: Take ownership of a diverse range of family law matters, including complex property settlements, parenting arrangements, financial agreements, and spousal maintenance. Client Interaction: Build strong relationships with clients by providing clear, empathetic, and practical legal advice. Court Representation: Represent clients in court and mediation settings. Mentorship and Leadership: Offer guidance and mentorship to junior staff as required. Billing Targets: Achieve a billable target of 6.5 hours per day. Collaboration: Participate in daily virtual team meetings to discuss ongoing cases. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on legislative changes in Family Law. About You: A minimum of 9 years post-admission experience in Family Law. Strong work ethic with a commitment to achieving billable targets. Honesty and integrity, with a track record that reflects genuine expertise and capability in Family Law.
