With a structured pathway to Partnership , this is an exceptional opportunity to advance your career in a firm that values expertise and leadership.The Opportunity: This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of Property and Commercial matters , including:Property transactions – large-scale acquisitions, sales, leasing, and development projects Commercial contracts – drafting and negotiating business agreements, joint ventures, and shareholder agreements Business structuring & advisory – advising SMEs and corporate clients on asset protection and risk management Mergers & acquisitions – handling business sales, due diligence, and corporate transactions Property finance & securities – assisting clients with structured lending and mortgage matters As a key senior leader , you will have the opportunity to mentor and develop junior lawyers , oversee complex matters, and contribute to the firm’s strategic growth.What’s on Offer?
