Could you be the next onsite Special Process Expert - Paint & Bonding in Dandenong we’re looking for? Your future role: Take on a new challenge and apply your specialized process management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, collaborative, and dedicated team members. You'll be instrumental in supporting site Paint/Bonding experts in developing the special processes, ensuring our projects are executed with precision and quality. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, Quality Assurance, Production), creating and validating work and repair instructions, training and coaching Paint/Bonding operators, performing workstation audits, participating in design reviews and process validation cycles, and much more. We’ll look to you for: Training and coaching Paint/Bonding operators Providing technical expertise and recommendations Creating/validating work and repair instructions Supporting site Paint/Bonding experts in developing the special processes All about you: Degree in Mechanical Engineering Experience or understanding of industrial paint and bonding processes Knowledge of process development and validation Excellent communication and coaching skills Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic manufacturing environment Important to note: As a global business, we’re an equal-opportunity employer that celebrates diversity across the 63 countries we operate in.
