Locum cover is required for February 2025. Position Details: SMO/Consultant Benefits: Travel and accommodation is included. Please note that all rates are inclusive of superannuation, taxes, and casual loading, where applicable. Hospital Details: This hospital is approximately 550 km North of Brisbane and 100 km south-east of Rockhampton. The hospital has the capacity for 29 bed medical/surgical ward (including palliative care), 14-bed gynaecology/maternity wards with four birthing suites, eight-bed paediatric ward and four-bed high dependency unit. Services include: 24-hour Emergency Department Outpatients General medicine and surgery Orthopaedic Obstetrics and Gynaecology High Dependency/Coronary Care Unit Palliative care Paediatrics Chemotherapy Location Information: This city is the gateway to the Southern Great Barrier Reef, fantastic fishing hotspots, amazing country adventures and pure national parks.
