PERMANENT FULL-TIME ALBURY $32 / HR + Working in beautifully appointed rooms, this highly regarded client is seeking a full-time Receptionist to join their very dynamic administration team. The successful candidate will thrive whilst working in a busy environment, supporting a group of medical specialists, whilst being well supported by your fellow colleagues. As the practice delivers various treatments and procedures to the clientele, you will be stimulated and appreciated, as you provide 5-star service. This rare opportunity to be part of a highly respected practice is one not to be missed! Days and Hours of work: Monday to Friday: 8.30 am to 5 pm. (5 days per week) Duties include: Answer phone promptly in a courteous and professional manner Schedule patient appointments Bill and receipt of patient accounts Receive and convey messages in writing, verbally and electronically Operate all aspects of the EFTPOS machine, handle insurance claims / Medicare Scanning patient documents Prepare documents for mail-out & electronic distribution Enter data as required with a high level of accuracy General housekeeping of the practice Assisting the Practice Manager when required Use of Genie medical software Successful Candidate attributes: Excellent interpersonal / communication skills Medical Reception experience “Corporate” presentation Able to work in a fast-paced environment Possess the ability to work independently and as part of the team Use of Genie medical software is preferable Ability to maintain high levels of professionalism and confidentiality Able to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people The successful candidate will have the privilege of ongoing professional development working in a supportive team environment and offering a generous hourly rate, negotiable upon skillset and relevant experience.
