Specialist Occupational Therapist - Surrey Downs H&C Join to apply for the Specialist Occupational Therapist - Surrey Downs H&C role at Surrey Downs Health & Care Partnership . Surrey Downs Health & Care is a team of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, and rehabilitation assistants integrated within the Primary Care Network and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams. Rehabilitation is offered to those who are at risk of hospital admission or recovering from illness/post-hospital admission across the place of Surrey Downs. You will drive forward our Community Therapy services across Surrey Downs. We are looking for dynamic individuals who will play a key role in delivering holistic care that has the patient at its center. This is a great opportunity for a proactive individual keen to take the next step in their career, joining an exciting forward-thinking team. You must have broad clinical experience including frailty and falls and enjoy the challenges of providing rehabilitation to people in their own homes. You will be supported by the Clinical Lead and experienced Band 7 Physiotherapists within the team and will have professional OT support provided by Senior OTs in the organization. As part of your role, you will be responsible for training and supervising Band 6 Occupational Therapists, Rehabilitation Assistants, and Physiotherapists, and you will play a part in developing the OT service within the team.
