About Sunbury and Cobaw Community Health Sunbury and Cobaw Community Health is a not-for-profit community health organisation providing a comprehensive range of free and low-cost health, wellbeing and community services in early childhood, youth, families, adults, aged and disability. Covering an area of over 1700 km2 from Sunbury to beyond the borders of Macedon Ranges Shire, our 260 staff and 70 volunteers are based across four sites at Kyneton, Romsey, and Sunbury. Sunbury and Cobaw Community Health builds the social fabric of our communities through diverse services and programs that help people support themselves and each other. About the Role This position is part of our Primary Care unit which delivers a wide variety of services and programs through Commonwealth and State Government block funding, ‘fee for service’ programs including the NDIS and Home Care Packages, as well as Primary Health Network funding for chronic and complex clients in the Macedon Ranges and Sunbury region. About You Experience in the delivery of speech therapy services to children and/or adolescents. Experience in working with families using a strengths-based approach. Knowledge of the early childhood and/or education sector. Experience and/or knowledge in the delivery of community education programs and a clear understanding of confidentiality and privacy requirements. Demonstrated ability to review and develop programs and service delivery models that enhance the operations of our Child and Youth Allied Health unit. Ability to operate in a consultative manner, within the organisation, community and with key stakeholders.
