Speech Pathologist - Community Health Paediatrics Senior Lead Speech Pathologist – Community Health Paediatrics Senior Lead Up to 80 hours per fortnight Part Time, Full Time, Permanent (Job Share Considered) ERH services the Shire of Campaspe and the cross-border Murray River Council. Echuca Moama and townships are located directly across the state border from one another, separated by the Murray River. ERH provides a comprehensive range of acute, medical, surgical and sub-acute services plus residential aged care and a broad range of community healthcare services. Applications are sought from suitably qualified Speech Pathologists both Grade 2 and Grade 3 to join the Speech Pathology Department at Echuca Regional Health. Key responsibilities include: Provide evidence-based individual assessment, treatment and consultative speech pathology services to children and adults Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team in order to achieve optimal client outcomes Provide leadership, clinical support, and supervision to staff (i.e. Grade 1 Speech Pathologists, AHAs, and, where appropriate, other disciplines in a transdisciplinary capacity) and students Actively participate in mandatory meetings as required and requested Maintain core clinical competence specific to the area of clinical practice Qualifications/experience required: Graduate Degree in Speech Pathology Registration with SPA Minimum 3 years clinical experience Australian Drivers License Working for ERH At ERH we offer a supportive and inclusive culture that offers opportunity for growth and development.
