Our client took over this thriving allied health business around five years ago. Centered on promoting speech advancement primarily in schools, the dynamic team of 13 staff, consisting of long-term professionals and new graduates, provides services ranging from mobile visits working within schools to clinic-based therapies.The team operates primarily on a casual basis, opening an avenue for flexibility and work-life balance. With rosters that can range from a single hour to a full week, our client offers scale like few others. Each team member receives direct administrative support from the director enabling them to primarily focus on providing top-tier care.Contractor role with flexible working hours and days! Why this role? Starting rate of $90 per hour for new graduates which increases based on clinicians experience Opportunity to dictate your schedule - ultimate work flexibility Regular professional development opportunities Receive mentoring and supervision from your team leader on a regular basis Flexible working with hybrid environments including working from schools and their clinic in West Melbourne Collaborate with other Speech Pathologists from their clinic space Bi-annual PD presentations Your day to day: In this role, you will primarily be working with a paediatric caseload, in the ages of 1-14, with most of your clients falling in the age range of 3-8 years old. Your services will be aimed towards varying needs including stuttering, speech language, social skills, ASD, and AAC amongst others.See clients primarily within schools in the local area around the clinic in the western suburbs and inner suburbs or from their clinic in West Melbourne.
