SensesWA is growing! Join us! We are looking for passionate Speech Pathologists to join our teams in the Lower Southwest regions (Bunbury, Busselton, and Margaret River). SensesWA Speech Pathologists mainly have a community-based role delivering interventions where our clients live their lives: in homes, schools, and other community settings. Therapists work closely in dedicated and supportive transdisciplinary teams to provide family and person-centred evidence-based supports to our clients. Our goal is to enable our clients to live their best lives! Our therapists work with infants, children, and/or adults with various disability diagnoses including autism spectrum disorders and clients with vision and hearing impairments as well as a range of other conditions/disabilities. Our therapists work within a general caseload of paediatric and adult clients with the flexibility to tailor caseloads based on individual interests and expertise. What we offer: Industry competitive salary range + 11.5% superannuation + salary packaging up to $15,899 of living expenses and up to $2,650 on entertainment benefits per year + 17.5% annual leave loading (valued at $875 – $1279) 4 weeks annual leave and 2 wellness days (valued at $500 – $730) pro-rata 5 professional development days (valued at $1250 – $1826) + $500 PD budget per annum pro-rata Option to purchase leave helping you to achieve better work-life balance Individualised clinical supervision and peer mentoring opportunities Flexible work conditions that work for you – including working from home or from any SensesWA hub A fun, caring, and motivating place to work with a supportive team environment What you will bring to the role: Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology and approved by Speech Pathology Australia as a Certified Practicing Speech Pathologist A current drivers licence, Working With Children (WWC) Check, NDIS Workers screen, and First Aid certification Effective interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within the transdisciplinary team Ability to assess, plan, implement, and deliver person-centred evidence-informed services Strong organisational and time management skills Passion and commitment for working collaboratively with clients and families to build their capacity and improve their life outcomes Demonstrate commitment to ongoing professional development Previous experience working with clients with disabilities and their families is highly desirable but not essential Provide and maintain proof of eligibility to work in Australia.
