My Mind Matters Therapy is seeking to employ a Speech Assistant, who ideally is a 3rd or 4th Year Speech Therapy Student. Our Professional Speech Pathology Services includes Assessments, Personalised one-on-one therapy sessions and Social Groups. Our office is located in Adelaide, SA, and is dedicated to providing high-quality care and support for individuals. My Mind Matters Therapy apps have been developed by Adelaide Speech and Language Therapist. Our Communication app (an advanced Augmentative Alternative Communication) app that focuses on improving language. My Brain Training app targets attention, memory, language, and conversation skills across all ages. Role Description This is a part-time or casual on-site role for a Speech Assistant at My Mind Matters Therapy. The role involves assisting Speech Therapists with clients, providing Literacy Support, Language and Speech, and working with My Mind Matters Therapy apps. Develop to full-time for the right applicant. Qualifications Studying Bachelor of Speech Pathology. Current DHS (DCSI) clearances, reporting abuse and neglect. First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain. Experience Strong clinical skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
