Job Description
Head On Agency is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Freelance/Contracted Podcast & Media Sales Representative to sell podcast sponsorship ad space and help secure deals for the original shows we are creating. This is a commission-only contract role ideal for someone with a background in media sales, podcast advertising, or digital sponsorships. What You’ll Do: Identify and pitch advertisers, brands, and sponsors for podcast ad placements. Secure sponsorships and funding for original podcast and video show concepts. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, and brands. Negotiate pricing and ad placements to maximise revenue. Work closely with our team to develop compelling sales strategies and packages. Stay up-to-date on podcast and digital media trends to identify new sales opportunities. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in media sales, podcast ad sales, digital advertising, or brand partnerships. A strong network of brand and agency contacts is highly desirable. Ability to work independently and drive revenue without a base salary. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Understanding of podcast advertising formats (CPM, host-read ads, sponsorships, etc.). Experience selling ad space, sponsorships, or branded content is a major plus.
