Business Development Representative What You’ll Do and Who You’ll Work With The Business Development Representative is a crucial role in UKG Sales and Marketing function. As a BDR, you will support the SMB and Enterprise teams across the Australia and South-East Asia regions. Your primary responsibility will be to help create, nurture, and maintain customer relationships. This role provides a great opportunity to learn Sales and Marketing processes in an established high-tech global SaaS company and is a fantastic career-building step into Sales and/or Marketing. This role will be based in our head office in Macquarie Park, Sydney and combine a number of days in the office and from home. #LI-Hybrid. Your Responsibilities Research and compile information on new potential clients. Appointment setting via phone, email, enquiries, marketing campaigns, and trade shows. Nurture customer relationships and provide a positive customer experience. Assist in the preparation of messages, presentations, references, and business case analysis. Work closely with Sales and Marketing executives gaining valuable experience. Required Qualifications Creative thinking, discipline, and motivation. Positive attitude and enthusiasm to learn and succeed. Working experience in a Sales, Business Development, or Customer-facing environment.
