Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr Peak Nano has an immediate need for a Sr Manufacturing Leader whose key responsibilities would include, but would not be limited to: Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute manufacturing strategies to align with company goals, ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery. Operations Management : Oversee daily plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality, and safety to ensure optimal performance. Continuous Improvement : Implement lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other best practices to enhance productivity and reduce waste. Team Development : Mentor, train, and lead a team of supervisors and operators, fostering a culture of accountability and engagement. Financial Oversight : Manage budgets, control operational costs, and drive cost-saving initiatives while maintaining high production standards. Compliance & Safety : Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as company policies and industry standards. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with supply chain, engineering, quality, and other departments to improve processes and resolve issues. Technology & Innovation : Identify and implement new manufacturing technologies and automation to enhance production capabilities. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Management, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies. Proven ability to manage large-scale operations and drive efficiency improvements. Experience with ERP/MRP systems and data-driven decision-making. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Knowledge of industry regulations, compliance, and safety standards. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Management, or a related field. Background in automotive, aerospace, medical device, or high-volume manufacturing. Experience in automation, Industry 4.0, and digital transformation initiatives.
