Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a Technical Lead with 6 to 9 years of experience in MuleSoft API-Led Connectivity, MuleSoft Integration, and MuleSoft Application Network. The ideal candidate will have domain expertise in Auto Claims and Property & Casualty Insurance. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects in a dynamic environment, contributing to the company’s success and positively impacting society. Responsibilities Lead the design and development of MuleSoft API-led connectivity solutions to meet business requirements. Oversee the integration of various systems using MuleSoft Integration to ensure seamless data flow. Provide technical expertise in the MuleSoft Application Network to optimize application performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for Auto Claims and Property & Casualty Insurance projects. Develop and implement best practices for MuleSoft development and integration. Ensure the security and scalability of MuleSoft solutions to support business growth. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to MuleSoft integrations. Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables. Mentor and guide junior developers in MuleSoft technologies and best practices. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in MuleSoft and related technologies. Participate in project planning and provide estimates for development tasks. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates and address any concerns. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies. Qualifications Possess strong experience in MuleSoft API-Led Connectivity, MuleSoft Integration, and MuleSoft Application Network. Have domain expertise in Auto Claims and Property & Casualty Insurance. Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities.
