Sr. Business Analyst - Enterprise Service Management (ESM) Job Description: On behalf of our public sector client, Affinity is looking for a Sr. Business Analyst to be a key contributor to its Enterprise Service Management Project, which is currently in the pre-implementation phase. The requirements produced by the BA will help determine the overall requirements for the Service Management transformation. Qualifications: Technical and Leadership Skills: Strong Requirements Gathering and Analysis Strong Stakeholder Management Communication with Non-Technical Stakeholders Collaboration Across Teams Expectations Management Technical Awareness Enterprise Service Management delivery experience is a MUST Strong Process Mapping and Workflow Design SAFe (Agile) knowledge considered an asset Documentation and Communication Clear and Concise Documentation Cross-Team Communication Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills both verbal and written High level of self-motivation and initiative Ability to work well under pressure Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships Hourly rate: $85/hr - $95/hr.
