Experience: 15+ Years Location: Sydney Extensive experience in technical delivery of complex omnichannel experience transformation programmes for global iconic brands, preferably using technologies such as Adobe Marketing Cloud, Sitecore, Braze, Salesforce, etc. Experience in technical delivery of e-Commerce platforms, preferably on technologies such as Magento, Elastic Path, etc. Involvement in D2C transformation of brands will be an added advantage. Technical delivery of emerging channels such as voice, AR & VR will be an added advantage. Track record of managing a team responsible for technical delivery of experience, marketing, and commerce platforms for a portfolio of clients. Track record of setting up distributed agile structures for programme delivery. Exposure to KPI frameworks for measuring the success of design implementation is an added advantage. Proven track record of managing relationships with CMOs and Chief Digital Officers and navigating a client’s internal organisational conflicts. Be TCS’s advisor to CMOs and CXOs in large (10Mn+) experience-led marketing and commerce transformation projects. Support experience-led Marketing and Commerce transformation project execution by enforcing the use of best practice implementation patterns or evolving/creating new implementation patterns. Support investigatory exercises with business and technical staff for future platform enhancements and for new business feature deployments. Drive a target state for experience-led Marketing & Commerce transformation programmes by identifying the appropriate architecture that encompasses business and technology requirements. Develop and maintain/improve any Martech & Commerce reference architectures and identify any necessary framework impacts. Develop new Marketing & Commerce platform offerings and GTM strategy for these offerings in tune with market demands. Participate in Analyst briefings to support TCS Interactive market leadership ambitions. Own and champion programme developing the relationship with all stakeholders, bringing a systematic and technically valid approach to assignments. Demonstrate a sound knowledge of consulting tools, practices, and techniques to enable clear analysis and presentation of work delivered. Work remotely at a client site as required; familiarity with the ANZ marketplace would be an advantage. Work collaboratively with colleagues as part of a global team to transfer knowledge and communicate insights across regions. Support the business development team to develop a sales pipeline and participate in meetings and bid responses to convert the opportunity.
