You are experienced and well-networked Talent Acquisition professional with a passion for identifying key talent to drive our business growth. You will thrive in a dynamic global environment reporting to US leadership (dotted line to Sr. Director HR International) effectively translating global talent strategies into local success in the Australia & New Zealand region. A successful candidate will bring at least 5 years of full cycle recruiting experience, with at least 3 years of technical recruiting experience (ex. software engineers, data scientists, technical product managers). They will have been a member of the Talent Acquisition team inside a corporation, understanding the full candidate to employee lifecycle. They will be accustomed to supporting a requisition load of between 15-20 roles at a time, collaborating heavily across HR, supporting various hiring teams, both tech and non-tech. Hands-on technical proficiency with Workday Recruit and a CRM is a plus. Recruiting experience within a high velocity global data/technology organization is a bonus. This role is based in our Sydney office and candidates should live within a commutable distance of it. Our current model is hybrid, 2 days onsite, in office, with the remaining being remote. What will you be doing? Support full cycle recruiting for CoreLogic in Australia and New Zealand, across various functions, both tech and non tech. Maintain a requisition load of 15-20 ongoing, possibly more related to special hiring initiatives. Develop and execute proactive, organic sourcing and recruitment strategies to identify passive external talent, via both with paid tools and free resources. Deliver screened, best qualified candidates to meet business needs in a timely manner, consistent with overall TA team goals. Lead adoption of new technical tools and advocate for process improvements to increase recruiter enablement and efficiency. Manage to key recruiter metrics. Drive an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience, ensure engagement throughout the recruitment process, identify areas of opportunity, calibrate as needed. Consult with HRBPs and business leaders on talent related strategies and initiatives throughout the course of a search to influence decisions regarding recruitment strategy, profile development, assessment methods and final selection. Ensure compliance with CoreLogic policies, processes, and practices; maintain current knowledge of federal, state and local employment practices and labor laws. Serve as a role model of CoreLogic’s ethical standards, professionalism, and code of conduct. Develop domain knowledge of each CoreLogic business area, and its short and long-term objectives. Build the employer brand in the market, organizing meetups and other recruiting activities in partnership with the business. Job Qualifications: What you will bring: Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, psychology or organisational behaviour or related field or equivalent experience. At least 5 years of recruiting experience, with a deep knowledge of talent acquisition processes, including recruiting strategy development, creative candidate sourcing, candidate pipelining, stakeholder management, and assessment/selection. At least 3 years of technical recruiting experience supporting roles like Software engineers, data scientists, technical product managers, software architects, data solution engineers, etc. At least 2 years of building candidate pools via proactive external candidate sourcing, from various channels. A bonus if you have: Hands-on proficiency with Workday Recruit as the ATS, experience using any CRMs. Experience as an “in-house” recruiter within a corporate entity, collaborating across HR disciplines. Recruiting experience with a data/technology organization in a high velocity environment.
