The Medicine Department, Bayside Health Service is looking for a Temporary Part-time Staff Specialist, Cardiology position to join their team. Redland Hospital is the major health centre for Redland City and Brisbane’s southern bayside suburbs. We provide care in a number of specialties including general medicine and surgery, cardiology, emergency medicine, obstetrics and gynaecology, orthopaedics, renal dialysis, and paediatrics. About the Role Understand and role model behavior consistent with the Code of Conduct for the Queensland Public Service, performing all duties with integrity and impartiality while promoting the public good, having commitment to the system of government, and with accountability and transparency. All relevant health professionals, who during their duties formulate a reasonable suspicion that a child or youth has been abused or neglected in their home/community environment, have a legislative and duty of care obligation to immediately report such concerns to Child Safety Services, Department of Communities. Demonstrate evidence of continuing education and training in compliance with the requirements of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians, including evidence of working towards completion of mandatory RACP Supervisor Professional Development Program (SPDP) education modules.
