About the Role The 3PL Warehouse Manager reports directly to the Group General Manager and plays a pivotal role in ensuring safety while optimizing our 3PL operations. Based in a state-of-the-art facility in Dandenong South, the role will mainly focus on operational excellence, efficiencies, continuous improvement, and team development as our business continues to grow. Responsibilities: Operational Management Performance management through effective leadership, mentoring, and training An element of hands-on management is required to ensure a full understanding of processes and areas that require development Inventory control Budget management Effective communication with cross-functional teams, customers, and suppliers Skills and Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar role Forklift Licence (Desirable) Extensive 3PL knowledge and experience Proven leadership and communication skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to travel when required Strong OH&S perception and skills with excellent knowledge of WHS regulations Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Be part of a collaborative team We are a family-owned company that takes pride in our values of respect, excellence, collaboration, trust, innovation, accountability, and teamwork.
