Tassal has an exciting opportunity, and we are looking to engage with candidates for the role of State Account Manager - South Australia and Northern Territory . This is a great time to be part of a growing team, operating within an Industry leading business in Aquaculture, you will have the opportunity to drive and shape your career guided and supported by seasoned and driven professionals. We are seeking a motivated and driven individual with a passion for FMCG in Foodservice and Wholesale, to drive the growth of our business in the Out of Home (OOH) market. As a State Account Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in our Sales team, building strong relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders, unlocking new customers, and delivering first-class product execution and channel engagement, as well as exemplary customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Contribute to the development and delivery of annual channel and account plans. Identify new accounts, develop promotional programs, and recommend pricing strategies. Manage claims and trade spend. Proactive identification of product innovation, market gaps and marketing opportunities. Building and maintaining strong, collaborative working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. This position has one direct report. About You: Exceptional communication and leadership skills. Demonstrated experience within the FMCG, Foodservice or Wholesale sector. Fresh food and protein experience highly regarded. Ability to build effective and sustainable relationships. You thrive in a fast paced, agile environment, with unwavering resilience, confidence, and commitment to vision and strategy. Strong presentation, planning, and organisational skills. Ability to think creatively and challenge the status quo. High levels of tenacity to influence outcomes.
