State Manager | EP, OT, Physio, Rehab Counsellor, Psychologist As an Occupational Rehabilitation Leader, you will play a pivotal role in building and leading a new team. Working closely with the Business Development Manager, you will contribute to the growth and success of the organization, ensuring client outcomes are at the forefront of everything you do. This is a great opportunity for a Senior Rehabilitation Consultant or existing Team Lead/Manager to grow their career! Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Form and build a dynamic team of allied health professionals, ensuring they are motivated, engaged, and performing to their highest potential. Performance Management: Monitor and ensure the team achieves billable targets, with specific targets of 32 for an Occupational Rehabilitation Consultant (ORC) and 34 for a Senior Consultant. Referrals and Feedback: Achieve at least 3 referrals per month, actively identify and manage complaints and feedback, and ensure claim notes meet the highest standards. WHS Management: Manage Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) enquiries, emphasizing project management, delivery, and finalization. Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of service delivery and compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Initiative and Project Ownership: Demonstrate ownership by leading at least one successful initiative from conception to implementation. Provide examples of projects managed, highlighting your impact on business outcomes. Qualifications: Experience: 2-4 years of experience as a Senior Rehabilitation Consultant or Team Lead within the occupational rehabilitation field. Qualifications: Exercise Physiologist, Occupational Therapist, Provisional or Registered Psychologist, Physiotherapist or Rehab Counsellor - MUST have current relevant accreditation. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with a track record of achieving results. Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to give and receive feedback effectively. Performance Oriented: Commercial acumen with a focus on achieving business targets and quality initiatives.
