Join us as our State Manager and make a genuine impact covering 18 of our beloved boutiques across Queensland and Western Australia. In this epic role, you'll be at the helm of driving sales growth, managing the team, and ensuring seamless operational excellence—all while championing a customer-first culture across your region. You’ll lead by example, mentoring and inspiring our boutique managers and team members to reach new heights and deliver exceptional red carpet experiences for our customers. Key Responsibilities: Driving strategic direction and initiatives Achieving sales, KPI, and wage targets Responsible for expense control, labor management, inventory management, shrinkage, gross profit, and profit contribution Driving a strong customer culture Inspiring and motivating the team to deliver a strong succession plan Your Sweet Spots (About You) Must be based in QLD and able to regularly travel to WA Passion for our brand Customer-driven focus and dedication to leading a team in delivering sensational customer experiences Accountability for creating the right environments for the team to deliver strong results A drive to be self-motivated and a love for the challenge of keeping the team energetic and excited about customers Passion for coaching and developing the team in achieving outstanding sales and KPIs Enthusiasm for building a strong team and succession plans Commitment with a can-do and whatever-it-takes attitude to the role Ability to demonstrate a positive impact in a previous leadership role Honey Benefits Generous Retail Incentive Programs: Fancy a pair of Louboutins?
