As the State Manager, Queensland, you will have ultimate leadership and responsibility for CHL’s housing and homelessness services, along with driving business development and organisational growth across the State. Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, you will have demonstrated senior management and strategic leadership experience within the community housing, public housing, or the broader community services sector. In addition, you will have the ability to identify and develop diverse business growth opportunities while managing and enhancing commercial partnerships and stakeholder relationships across the State. You will be an inspirational, values-driven leader with a passion for social justice and for supporting people and communities to reach their full potential, with the commitment to work collaboratively while empowering your team to deliver operational excellence within best practice principles. The successful candidate will have excellent people management and communication skills, an appetite for innovation, display proficient business and financial acumen, and have a tertiary qualification in a business-related discipline.
