Australia BIPV projects have been deployed in Australia & New Zealand with proven track record. This position is hired on behalf of GoodWe’s global strategic partner, and exclusive distributor of Australia & New Zealand, Umax Energy. Umax Energy is headquartered in Sydney, with strong expertise in BIPV products, and equipped with a dedicated team in structure engineering as well as sales team. Job Responsibilities: Carry out relationship management with B2B customers, such as installers, builders, EPCs and distribution partners (meetings, trainings, brand awareness, exhibitions) in WA. Coordinate with the technical team to participate in the initial customer onboarding kickoff meeting. Establish and maintain customer relationships, service policies and practices. Provide high-level sales support to installers and builders. Identify new sales prospects and address the leads to the GW sales manager. Organize training programs for existing & prospective leads. Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve the customer experience. Work cross-functionally with Marketing and Technical teams. Close cooperation with the local GW sales manager by organizing and setting up meetings, weekly visits & calls with distributors, resellers & EPCs in alignment with the sales manager. Frequent business travel to visit existing and potential customers. Qualification Criteria: At least 5 years of experience in sales or business development in commercial solar inverter, panels, or PV mounting structures are preferred. A proven track record of achieving sales goals and building relationships with clients. Experience with selling or promoting eco-friendly and sustainable solutions is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage a wide variety of tasks and priorities. A knowledge of building codes, standards, and architectural terminology is preferred. Enthusiastic, dynamic, self-motivated and excellent teamwork. Willingness/ability to travel on a regular basis. Have a pioneering spirit, be proactive, have strong self-confidence, and have a strong self-driving force. Language Requirement: Proficiency in English. Working Location: Perth, WA.
