We are searching for a State Sales Manager to support our channel and partner business in NSW, the office is based in Mac Park, Sydney. This role requires travel and enjoys a hybrid working environment. This role oversees some of our businesses core channel partners, contractors, consultants, and switchboard manufacturers. Responsibilities As a commercial leader, embody concepts of commercial excellence, coaching, team selling, achieving together, and rewarding performance. Develop, direct, and execute the channel/segment strategy and deliver on action plans to achieve sustainable sales and profitability growth through prescription, relationship building, and differentiation. Drive Digital Transformation: enhance the way we interact with our channels and their journey by leveraging Digital Services for business growth.
