Job Description Achieving/exceeding sales & contribution targets. Managing, coaching, and mentoring sales team. Driving sales growth & margin improvement. Maintaining existing customer relationships & developing new business. Targeting state asset owners & construction companies. Monitoring competitors & expanding market coverage. Representing the company at industry events. Managing team performance (hiring, training, performance management). Regular reporting (forecasts, end-of-month reports, CRM updates). Building strong customer relationships, addressing complaints, and escalating issues as needed. Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to maximize market penetration and revenue growth. Collaborating with marketing team to create effective promotional materials and campaigns. Analyzing market trends and customer needs to identify new product opportunities and distribution channels. Negotiating and managing contracts with key distributors and partners. Ensuring compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements in all sales activities. Qualifications 5 years experience in a similar capacity. Develop and use broad strategy skills & perspective. Innovative thinker with the ability to conceptualize, develop and implement complex proposals and programs. High level customer relationship and negotiation skills. Effective problem solving with decisions reflecting sound judgement and ingenuity. Good presentation, oral and written communication skills. Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative and independence and ability to operate with minimum supervision. Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and business environments.
