You will have the following responsibilities: You will be responsible for leading a team of Area Sales Managers, Major Account Managers, and Internal Sales Representatives, ensuring implementation of the national sales and marketing strategies are upheld, delivering on sales growth and customer retention targets for the state & territory. You will work closely with the General Manager Victoria and National C&I Sales Manager in developing new and innovative revenue streams that grow REMONDIS market share across multiple service offerings of the business. Develop sales plans, including target revenue, market segment & margin. Implement national strategy into local state sales and marketing strategy to deliver ongoing organic growth for the company. Participate in the development of sales proposals, tender submissions and customer presentations. Be a key stakeholder of the state’s management team, ensuring operational excellence and direction are aligned with overall business objectives. Be accountable for delivering sales results across Victoria, including liquids, industrial services and C&I. Identify and pursue unique market opportunities to secure sustainable market presence. Involvement in negotiations and relationship building with key accounts and customers. Promote a positive HSEQ culture through positive communication and demonstrated behaviours. Actively contribute to a positive team working environment by endorsing open and honest communication. Who you are: Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Finance, Logistics, or other related areas. Professional Sales accreditations (desirable). At least 5 years of sales leadership experience in the industrial sector. Proven experience leading sales teams. Sound experience in business development and customer account management. Previous exposure to cross functional collaboration including sales, operations, finance, administration and customer service. Strong team leadership experience including managing multiple teams with different objectives. High level of analytical skills, business & financial acumen. An understanding of logistics, industrial services, hazardous waste, dangerous goods and/or commercial waste. Experience using MS Office Suite and Salesforce. This role will cover the Victorian region and will require travel across operational sites. Are you with us? Then Apply You’ll need proof of entitlement to work in Australia.
