About the role: This role is responsible for driving profitable sales growth by developing and executing customer and channel plans. It requires building strong customer relationships and strategic national account plans, while serving as a key member of SBA's senior leadership team. This role will also lead the field sales team across Independents and Impulse accounts to deliver targets. This role is based in our Rowville office with a hybrid working model + tool of trade. What you’ll be responsible for: Develop and maintain strong Business relationships with state wholesalers in line with channel plans Promotions management execution and implementation Lead the development, planning and execution capability of the field team Achieve Budget objectives - state and national trade spend Execution of account plans across both Indies and Impulse Take accountability for the development of the state field team. Lead discussions at State & National Sales & cross functional meetings to develop strategies to increase SBA’s sales, share & profitability About you: Ideally State Account Sales experience within FMCG or Wholesalers and/or Field Sound understanding of NPD process and execution of new lines through to shelf An analytical mindset – you enjoy using data to find insights and inform decisions Excellent communication and relationship building skills - you love working cross functionally and value the input of others Experience in Scan Data, MS Excel, PowerPoint Exceptional organizational, time management and problem solving skills – juggling multiple balls is one of your strengths!
