Based in Heatherton HQ, we’re looking for a dynamic and strategic State Manager Victoria to represent IHG, generate growth, and make a real impact for both our independent members and the company. Let’s Talk About you Business Growth & Development: Drive sales revenue, margins, and performance by nurturing relationships with key independent members, identifying new opportunities, and managing costs within budget. Drive Strategy: Be a key player in shaping IHG’s future with a focus on Retail and Trade Excellence. You’ll implement innovative programs like the Sapphire Program and work with the Store Development Team to bring exciting store transformations to life. Inspiring Leadership: Lead your team with passion and purpose, ensuring they align with IHG’s values. You’ll be the go-to leader for your team and independent businesses, fostering a family-like culture while ensuring growth, retention, and success. Operational Oversight: Keep your finger on the pulse of market trends, competitor offerings, and member needs. Lead vibrant Village meetings, ensuring your state-based operations run smoothly and efficiently while managing potential risks.
