You will deliver effective, timely, and up-to-date information to your stakeholders and act as key support for sales teams in SA and NT. This is a fixed-term, part-time opportunity for approx. 6 months. Your working day will be 4 hours per day, Monday through Friday. Key Accountabilities Provides support/services to Commercial Non-Alcohol teams including preparation of internal and external presentations, taking of meeting minutes, preparation and distribution of meeting agendas as requested. Contributes to process improvement initiatives. Supports the inbound/outbound mail process. Proactively manages meeting room bookings. Administers new starters, leavers & movers process and coordinates new starter system set-up and orientation as requested. Makes travel bookings including flights, accommodation, and hire car arrangements. Handles conference invites and RSVPs, sources venues, prepares meeting materials, manages catering, technology requirements, and onsite coordination for Grocery & OTG conferences. About You Accounts Payable experience highly advantageous. Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and Outlook. Solid SAP experience. Strong problem-solving skills.
