Werribee and Western Automotive Group are seeking a Stock Controller to join our centralised Administration team to support our award winning multi franchise dealerships. About the Role We have an exciting opportunity for an Automotive Stock Controller/Automotive Administrator to join our team. The opportunity to work in a fast paced environment will give the candidate the opportunity to show their organisational skills and communication skills. This role calls for someone who is confident and process driven – a role that the candidate can truly make their own. The successful applicant will be responsible for but not limited to: Maintaining Vehicle Stock Manage manufacturer Incentives/Bonuses Communicating and assisting the Sales Team with sales processes and administration duties to ensure correct policies and procedures are being followed. New vehicle registrations. Maintaining Vehicle Delivery Process and booking in customer deliveries Deal Processing Report vehicle sales to factory in accurate and timely manner Run Stock lists for Management Qualifications and Experience Era/Pentana Experience is preferred but not essential History in Stock Control or similar role is highly desirable. Great Team Player Ability to maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Strong Time Management Skills Ability to perform to deadlines.
