We are on the lookout for a Stockroom Specialist to join the team at our new Bayside store opening SOON. Responsibilities include assisting the Store Manager & Assistant Manager in: Supporting the day-to-day stockroom operations with logistics, inventory management and stock to floor service to provide a premium consumer experience. Supporting store management team by providing feedback on the required resources within the store to achieve all Stockroom Operational needs and to deliver and maintain a Premium Stockroom Model. Representing the adidas brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way. Driving and ensuring compliance with Global Retail operational directives, processes, policies and standards within the store back of house, proposing ideas and solutions to build a world-class Factory Outlet experience. Driving profitability of store by meeting or exceeding sales and profit targets. Supporting store management team by providing consumers with outstanding experience while meeting or exceeding commercial goals. Working Hours: To be considered for the roles you will be required to have availability to work retail hours across weekdays and weekends.
