This person will be responsible for providing design, project implementation, and support focused across storage and backup technologies. A key component to this role is the interaction with clients, vendors and suppliers and Cube’s internal business divisions. A good customer service ethic, financial and business acumen, a willingness to take ownership of problems, be proactive, investigate and propose solutions to suit clients’ requirements are required. Responsibilities and Duties Delivery of data management solutions through consultation, collaboration and cooperation with key stakeholders to develop and implement an appropriate solution ensuring the best outcome to Cube Networks clients. This includes: Validation of the solution with the client Being a technical contributor to design workshops Attendance at client ‘kick-off’ sessions (as required) Modification to detailed designs (as required) Provide client facing technical support Building the solution in accordance with Statement of Work (SOW), design, project schedule, and pricing estimates Configure and implement solutions Industry Experience & Skills Minimum 1-3 years of experience in IT with specific focus in: Storage Systems (such as NetApp, Dell, HPE etc) Backup technologies (such as Commvault, Veeam, Veritas etc) Additional exposure to the following technologies is desirable: Server hardware Scripting Relevant industry certifications would be highly regarded.
