Spotlight is opening our 146th store in Airlie Beach Whitsunday Plaza Cannonvale in June 2025 and we are looking for a dedicated, passionate and motivated Leadership team to help drive our business to success. What we're looking for: You’ve got a real instinct for sales, so bring your entrepreneurial drive to the hustle and bustle of managing a Spotlight store. From creating profit-maximising strategies to keeping your team motivated, it’s all your call when you’re a Spotlight Store Manager.Our culture is very much hands-on, so you’ll lead with passion and encourage your team to contribute their ideas on how to improve business and build a great customer-focused environment. In addition to this you’ll raise the bar every day on: Customer service Sales & financial performance Merchandising Stock management Ours is a challenging environment, where you’ll need to be an effective communicator who’s resourceful, resilient and able to make good judgement calls.
