About the role: This is a full-time position in our Ballarat store and is available for an immediate start. As a Store Manager, you will be required during all trading hours, Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm and rotating roster for Saturday mornings 8:30am - 1:00pm. Skills & Experience: Exceptional communication and people management skills. Ability to deliver financial results. Experience in parts sales and a passion for automotive. Well presented with a great phone manner. Ability to influence & negotiate. Excellent time management. Key Responsibilities: Lead and coach a team of customer service champions. Ensure health, safety, and wellness of all team members. Manage store budgets, with a focus on margin and profitability. Execute business plans, promotions, and initiatives. Drive customer service excellence and build relationships. Management of store operations and motor vehicle fleet. Management of store inventory, order & receipt incoming stock.
