About You We’re looking for someone with: Proven retail management experience, especially in a high-volume or big box environment A leadership style that demonstrates ownership and accountability A passion for motivating teams to exceed goals Experience with performance management and staff development Exceptional problem-solving skills and time management Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Proficiency in computer systems First Aid certification (or willingness to complete training, covered by us) Must Have: Most up-to-date resume Full working Rights within Australia Availability across weekends and late night trade Full time availability of average 38 hours per week Ready to take the next step in your career?
