As we prepare for our grand opening, we’re seeking a passionate and driven Store Manager to lead our team and shape the success of this vibrant new venture. Role Overview: As the Store Manager, you’ll be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring smooth service, a motivated team, and a welcoming environment. You’ll oversee everything from staff management and stock control to customer satisfaction and recruitment support. This is a hands-on role perfect for a proactive leader who thrives in fast-paced hospitality environments. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Train, schedule, and manage a small team of staff, fostering a positive and productive workplace culture. Stock & Inventory: Manage ordering, stock levels, and supplier relationships to minimize waste and ensure freshness. Daily Operations: Oversee opening/closing procedures, hygiene standards, POS systems, and workflow efficiency. Customer Experience: Ensure every guest enjoys top-quality food and service, resolving issues promptly. Recruitment Support: Assist in hiring and onboarding new team members as the business grows. Compliance: Uphold food safety regulations, workplace health & safety standards, and company policies. What We’re Looking For: Proven Experience: 2+ years in a retail/hospitality management role (food service preferred). Leadership Skills: Ability to inspire, train, and manage a diverse team. Organisational Mastery: Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills in high-pressure settings. Food Safety Knowledge: Familiarity with HACCP or food handling certifications (a plus).
