Cable - South Perth, 21 Mends St, South Perth, Western Australia, Australia Req #327 Monday, 10 February 2025 The Role: We have an opportunity for an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead our team at our South Perth store! Our ideal candidate will lead from the front in driving store performance and will develop their team to deliver outstanding results. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Manage all aspects of running the store Lead, coach and develop the team Provide an exceptional customer experience through authentic and meaningful interactions with our customers Drive sales and ensure the achievement of all KPIs as set by the company Create an inspirational, supportive, and informative environment for your team Implement promotional & visual merchandising initiatives as directed by our VM team Ensure store operations and retail standards are implemented and maintained Create employee rosters and manage employee time recording/hours Process and replenish stock according to company standards Be an advocate of health and safety in the workplace What are we looking for?
